Emerging Leader in Remote Home Technology Management Services Taps Singu Srinivas for Senior Management Team and Board of Directors
NEEDHAM, Mass. – May 24, 2005 – LightFrog, an emerging leader in remote home technology management services, today announced that Singu Srinivas, an executive with IBM Global Services, has joined the senior management team and will serve as President and on the Board of Directors along with Michael Wexler. As co-Presidents, Srinivas and Wexler will share responsibilities in developing business strategy, raising capital, establishing business and investment partnerships and leading the day-to-day operations of the company.

Srinivas brings nearly 14 years of strategy and general management consulting experience to LightFrog. As Director of Strategy Development for IBM Global Services, he was responsible for developing innovative growth and performance improvement strategies for the $48 billion services unit of IBM including its service after sales operations. Prior to this role, he was a leader of the Services Strategy practice for the North American Strategy Consulting group. Srinivas joined IBM in 2001 when the company acquired Mainspring where he served as a Director.
Srinivas holds a MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a MS degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University, and a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Boston University.
