Company Maintains 95% Customer Satisfaction Rating

NEEDHAM, Mass. – March 27, 2007 – HiWired, Inc. (www.hiwired.com), a provider of immediate, remotely-delivered services and support for PCs and connected devices, today announced it has addressed more than 50,000 customer problems for its 80,000 community members. With its 95% customer satisfaction rating, HiWired continues to attract attention from customers struggling to manage, repair or update their technology devices.
